Services

Crawled SEO provides search engine optimization, content, citation management, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables vary by service tier and are outlined in proposals, invoices, or written agreements.

No Guaranteed Results

SEO and online visibility outcomes are influenced by many factors outside our control. Crawled SEO does not guarantee rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes.

Payment and Billing

• Services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated
• A one-time onboarding fee may apply
• Payments are due in advance
• Late or failed payments may result in paused or terminated services

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel monthly services at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information and timely access when required
• Maintain ownership or authorization for any websites or assets we work on
• Not use our services for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Crawled SEO retains ownership of internal methods, processes, and templates
• Upon payment, the client receives rights to content created specifically for them

Limitation of Liability

Crawled SEO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits, arising from use of our services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violations of these terms, or misuse of services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
